4. User Conduct

6. License to Use Your Content

By uploading an image to PicDriver, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to temporarily store, process, display, and modify your image solely to provide the editing service during your session.

This license ends automatically once you download your edited image and your session ends.

7. No Storage of Your Images

  • Your uploaded photos are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently on our servers.
  • Images are automatically deleted shortly after editing.
  • We strongly recommend downloading your edited files immediately after editing.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, and secure at all times.
  • All features will work perfectly with every image or device.
  • Your edited images will meet your specific expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PicDriver and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (which is zero, as the Service is free).
